Disclosure: We may earn a commission when you use links to some providers on this page. This never changes our data or rankings, and providers can't pay to be included. How we make money

EOR Vietnam's published EOR price starts at US$99 per employee per month (checked on its pricing page on 4 November 2026). That's the lowest published price we track.

That fee sits on top of the employee's salary and the employer costs set by local law, which are the same whichever provider you use. EOR Vietnam also offers employer of Record (Vietnam only), global payroll, bilingual labour contracts and work permits and TRCs for foreign hires, priced separately.

Worked example (Vietnam): for a โ‚ซ360,000,000 salary, statutory employer costs add about โ‚ซ84,600,000 a year, and EOR Vietnam's published Vietnam starting price of US$99 a month adds about โ‚ซ30,839,292 (at US Treasury rates of 30 September 2026). That's roughly โ‚ซ475,439,292 a year in total. See the Employer of Record in Vietnam guide to change the salary.

ProductPriceNotes
Employer of Record (EOR)From US$99 / employee / monthPublished fee of 8% of gross monthly salary per employee, with a US$99 minimum and US$199 maximum per employee per month, plus VAT on the fee only; salary and statutory contributions are passed through at cost. Volume rates: 7% for 10+ employees and 6% for 30+ (the minimum and maximum stay the same). Global payroll is US$29 per employee per month. The fee is Vietnam-only and is a percentage, so it is not like-for-like with flat-fee global providers.

  • Salary and statutory employer costs in each country. See our country guides for these.

  • Benefits above the statutory minimum, such as private health insurance.
  • Setup, offboarding and termination costs, including statutory notice and severance.
  • Vietnam only: you'll need another provider for any other country
  • The fee is a percentage with a US$99 floor, so compare total cost at your salary level, not the headline minimum
  • Ask how its labour-outsourcing licence applies to your roles and the 12-month outsourcing limit
  • Work permit costs for foreign hires are quoted separately
  • Ask for an itemised quote for your exact countries, salaries and start dates.
  • Ask whether annual billing or volume changes the rate.
  • Ask what the price includes in your country, and whether a country rate or add-ons apply.
  • Compare at least one alternative. See EOR Vietnam alternatives and the cheapest EOR providers.
