How to cite EOR Ledger
You're welcome to quote our figures and use the downloads and chart. Please credit EOR Ledger and link to the page the figure comes from. For example:
Source: EOR Ledger Employer Cost Index (October 2026), https://www.eorledger.com/employer-cost-index
Source: EOR Ledger EOR pricing tracker, providers' published prices checked 17 October 2026, https://www.eorledger.com/eor-pricing
- Employer contribution rates come from official sources, such as laws, regulations and government agencies, linked on each country guide. By value, 98.8% of the index's employer costs use rates checked this way; the rest are labelled estimates, mostly accident insurance premiums set by insurers.
- Provider prices come only from each provider's own pricing page, and every re-check is logged in the pricing tracker.
- Where we couldn't verify a figure from an official source, the page says so rather than estimating it.
- Providers can't pay to be listed or ranked. See our methodology and editorial policy.
