Deel vs Rippling vs Atlas HXM Pricing (2026): EOR Costs Compared

Deel and Atlas HXM both advertise US$599 a month for EOR, but they don't mean the same thing, and Rippling doesn't publish an EOR price at all. Here's what each one's pricing page actually says, and what a hire costs in practice.

  • Deel: a flat US$599 per EOR employee per month, on top of salary and employer costs.
  • Atlas HXM: a platform fee from US$599 per employee per month, plus a country-specific Local Employer Services (LES) rate that it doesn't publish. Atlas says the LES rate covers mandatory employment costs and the cost of doing business in the country.
  • Rippling: no published EOR price. Its pricing page says plans start at US$8 per employee per month plus a monthly base fee, and EOR is quoted as part of the modules you buy.
  • So the two US$599 figures aren't comparable, and Rippling needs a quote. Ask all three for an all-in quote for your countries.

From each provider's own pricing page, checked 15 October 2026. Prices are per person per month in US dollars.

  • Deel if you want a single published per-employee fee you can budget against, and possibly contractors (US$49) or US PEO staff (US$125) on the same account.
  • Atlas HXM if you want a provider that states it employs through its own legal entities, and you're happy to compare an all-in country rate rather than a fee plus pass-through costs. Nonprofits get separate pricing.
  • Rippling if you already run HR, payroll or IT on Rippling and want international hires in the same system; EOR is priced as part of that bundle.
  • Deel: does annual billing or volume lower the US$599, and how are currency conversion and deposits charged for my countries?
  • Atlas HXM: what is the LES rate in each of my countries, and how much of it is statutory employer cost versus Atlas's own fee?
  • Rippling: which modules do I need to buy alongside EOR, and what is the all-in monthly cost per employee?
  • All three: do you employ through your own entity or a partner in my countries, and what does offboarding cost? In Germany, ask for the AรœG licence (see the 18-month limit).
